If you submit information to us, excluding personal and financial information related to tax preparation, credit card payments, refund anticipation loans or other bank products, but including any comments, remarks, suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, graphics, concepts or other information, you are giving that information, and all your rights in it, to Franchise Group free of charge, and that information will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and may be used by Franchise Group for any purpose, without your consent or any compensation to you or anyone else. Modification and Termination of This Agreement
Franchise Group may modify this agreement at any time without notice to you. By continuing to use this Web Site after Franchise Group posts any such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms of the agreement. If you do not agree to any change, you must immediately stop using and accessing the Web Site.
The effective date of the latest version of the agreement, as stated below, indicates the last time the agreement was materially modified. Checking the effective date below allows you to determine whether there have been material modifications since the last time you reviewed the agreement.
Effective date of this agreement: November 12, 2019.
Franchise Group may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice to you, if it believes, in its sole judgement, that you have breached or may breach any term or condition of this agreement, or it may terminate this agreement for its convenience.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials received from the Web Site and ceasing to use the Web Site.
Dispute Resolution
This agreement has been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. By using this Web Site, you agree to the sole and exclusive venue and jurisdiction in the applicable state courts and/or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, for any and all disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or the use of this Web Site.
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This system is the private property of Franchise Group, Inc. (“Franchise”). Franchise grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use this system for authorized use only. Franchise owns all rights to the system, data, files, network or other information used in this system. Users (authorized or unauthorized) have no explicit or implicit expectations of privacy. All existing laws (federal and state) apply to your use of this system, including not only those laws and regulations that are specific to computers, software and networks, but also those that may apply generally to personal conduct. Franchise internal regulations and policies apply to your use of this system Additionally, all of Franchise’s regulations and policies apply to your use of this system including, but not limited to, the privacy policy. Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to your employer, to authorized site, government, and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of government agencies, both domestic and foreign. By using this system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, inspection, and disclosure at the discretion of such personnel or officials. Unauthorized or improper use of this system may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable statutes and administrative or disciplinary action, as appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Franchise, disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, informational content or accuracy, title and non-infringement, with regard to this system. By continuing with the use of this system, you agree to the terms above. LOG OFF IMMEDIATELY if you do not agree to the conditions stated in this notice.
